The view from the window was refreshing with trees and greenery. The hotel had a comfortable desk, a TV, and easy parking. it was a simple yet comfortable experience.

She made our check-in process smooth and provided accurate information on public transportation to the center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had good wifi. It was a family-friendly place to stay in Krakow.

For families with children, it would be great if the hotel provided small packets of toiletries.
